The Laurent-Perrier Bicentenary Garden is Arne Maynard's first solo show garden at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. He first designed for the show in 2000 in collaboration with Piet Oudolf for Gardens Illustrated, winning an RHS Gold Medal and Best in Show. This year's garden for Champagne Laurent-Perrier exudes an air of timeless elegance and grace with plants taking centre stage.

The palette of plants has been chosen to offer year-round interest, the pleached copper beech giving both summer and winter colour and height, the topiary offering structure and elegance throughout the year, the herbaceous underplanting providing colour from late spring through to the autumn and of course the exquisite choice of roses offering the gardener scent, colour, height and regular blooms for the house. The colour scheme of rich burgundy, softer pinks and pale creams links seamlessly with the iconic Laurent-Perrier brand.

To celebrate a particularly special year for Champagne Laurent-Perrier, Arne has created a vintage Chelsea show garden.
